Security tag still on shirt

When I received my order the security tag was still attached to the shirt. Had to get some pliers to get it off. Also the security tags leave behind a pretty noticeable hole in shirt. Would not recommend. Go in store and buy because another shirt I ordered came in the wrong size.

Tommy Hilfiger clothes

It was exactly what I wanted very comfy, beautiful cotton shirt. I love Tommy Hilfiger brand and buying it from Macy’s since the 90s I’m a long-term customer and I will keep coming back. You guys always outdo yourself but customer service delivery. It’s always on time like you say and anytime l have a problem you guys. Go above and beyond to fix it. I give Macy five out of five stars very pleased customer.
