Wrong Size Socks Sent 4 TImes Rating Zero

I have purchased these gold toe socks for years. I ordered my regular size, 9-11 online and received a size 6-9. An agent online ordered m size 9-11 black socks. I returned the incorrect size, and I received a size 6-9 again. Another agent online told me that the Newington, NH store had, I believe he said, six pairs of size 9-11. When I went to return the 6-9 socks, there were no size 9-11 socks, only six pairs of size 6-9. I asked the woman at the store to order me the size 9-11. She ordered me size 10-12, because she thought I would receive the correct size of 9-11. I didn't. I received a pack of size 10-12. I returned those today at Macy's. I have had to make four trips to Macy's to return all these socks. I think I should be reimbursed for the gasoline I used. I wish I had looked at the reviews prior to purchasing the socks. I saw today that multiple people have been receiving size 6-9 socks when they wanted size 9-11. There is only an option to purchase size 9-11 online.

Shipped Wrong Size

I ordered a size 9-11 and received a size 6-9. Now I need to waste gasoline returning these socks to the store nearest my home. I think I should be reimbursed for gas, since it is so expensive today and Macy's made the error.
