Piece of Hair in Brush

I have this brush and decided to order another one for my travel kit - i open the box and there is a piece of hair in my brush. Thought the brush was new, disappointed i have to deal with an exchange or return, haven’t decided yet

Good for wet hair.

I’m returning this item. First, it arrived with one peg missing but I was still willing to keep it. It felt really good on my wet hair but once I started blowing it out, the brush wouldn’t brush thru it anymore. Pulled out a lot of hair when used on dried hair.

Defective

I was surprised when I found the same defect in the second order of this brush. I love my T3 hair dryer and am anxious to have the brush however this is the second of these brushes I have received that is defective. There was a bristle from the brush missing on each of the two brushes I received. I'd like to have a new non defective brush

Paddle Brush

It is a quality paddle brush and works great! The bristles are strong and good quality and the brush handle makes for easy use. Very nice brush and worth the money.
