DO NOT Size up!

Based on customer reviews, I ordered a size larger than my husband always wears. This was a mistake. Even after tightening the strap in the back as suggested, the arm holes were too big. I would have had to have the vest altered to make it fit properly. Luckly, Macy's customer service was able to exchange this item for me so I could keep the sale price I paid. 5 Stars for the quality.

Small for a large vest

Great, runs small though

It’s just as pictured, looks great as part of the suit and on its own, but it runs small, and if the man has broad shoulders and chest, I suggest to go 2 sizes up. My husband usually wares size M (jacket 42R), L was too small in the chest, XL was great in chest and shoulders, wide in waist, but the back strap took care of that.

Grossly smaller than size indicates

The size of this vest is not as advertised. My husband wears a size large, I ordered an extra large, knowing that the adjustment strap could be tightened. The XL vest is so small it can't be buttoned in the front.
