The worst delivery ever

This has got to be the worse order I ever placed! I placed my order on May 29, 2026, for a wedding that’s on June 8, 2026. The order was supposed to arrive on June 5th. I get an email June 4th, saying they won’t be here till the 17th of June. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will NEVER buy anything from Macy’s again! I will most definitely be returning them as they were for a wedding. I do not recommend ordering anything from them if it’s for a special occasion. My son is 6’6” tall and he is a groomsman in the wedding, so it’s hard to find the length in the store. Then they say they’re can’t cancel the order because it’s shipped. I ordered them to be shipped to the store, I’ll never do that again. I will blast Macy’s on every social media platform I have.
