Other occasion to buy:I ended up buying this somewhere else because I was afraid of getting it a second time by accident.

Need to check what you ship

I am not sure what happened, but this is the worst purchase I ever experienced in all my years shopping at Macy's. When I first opened the shipping box, I noticed that the Kate Spade box itself was torn apart and put together with old scotch tape. I was fine with that as long as the frame was okay. When I looked inside, there was no interior packaging, and the frame was completely scraped up (see photos). It looked like a return that should have never been sold to a customer. Luckily, the salesperson who accepted my return was very apologetic and made the return process very easy.

Other occasion to buy:I purchased this Kate Spade frame to display my daughter's engagement picture. Once she's married, I'll switch to her wedding photo. The frame is beautiful! Due to the price point, I gave this frame four stars instead of five.
