Not the same as before

I ordered the same brand, product and size that I have purchased many times in the past so when I picked it up in store and took it home, I just washed it without trying it on. Unfortunately, the quality has declined. After washing, the cups didn’t hold their shape anymore. The cups are thinner and are a bit stretchy. They used to have some padding, but now you have to pray you don’t sneeze or enter a cold room. Very disappointing.

Not as pictured

The bra pictured is the same as two that I own with lightly padded cups. The bra that was sent is completely not padded Be aware and read the full description and do not depend upon the pictured product.

Excellent return experience

I needed to return my items because I bought the wrong thing. I had forgotten to check the Macy's return policy before purchasing. I was so happy to learn that, with my rewards account, I can return it for free at a UPS Store. The store nearest to me is at least 40 minutes away, so I was really happy that free returns at UPS are a thing!

Decent

I must say it minimizes by boobs but still not a full coverage for back rolls. I feel it needs a 4th clasp at the back to make it a little wider and then that should cover the back area.

I had hope, but should have known better about this brand. The cup size is too small so the overall fit is not good.
