Demeyere Atlantis 7 Proline 32cm Fry Pan
This pan is an endgame frypan for any professional or home cook. Build quality is excellent, heat retention, distribution and response is wonderful. It is a pleasure to on practically any heating element. My only caution is that the pan may be too massive and not heat up properly for those with smaller or underpowered electric heating elements.

Good pan, perhaps not for induction.
After two weeks of usage my amica induction died. I saw a spark at the bottom of the pan and boom - induction dead. Someone pointed to me that this pan may have requirements on induction but can't find any info on that. Otherwise it's a good pan.

THE WAIT WAS WORTH IT!
I had been researching for the ideal healthy set of cookware that promoted a collection of pots and pans that did not leach harmful chemicals into my food when heated. My research lead me to ZWILLING’s Demeyere Atlantis 7 cookware created from stainless steel which avoided non-stick coatings that contain PFAS that would be toxic to a person health. I am so excited to get cooking with my Demeyere Atlantis 7 set and creating gourmet dishes. Finally, my daughter was tickled pink when I told her that she would inherit my Demeyere cookware someday.

Item discolored immediately!
I'm returning. It cooks food beautifully, distributes heat wonderfully but I don't understand why it discolored after two uses! I made dumplings in it, nothing even that fancy. I'm very sad and disappointed.

In addition, overheating the Pan can cause discoloration. We suggest preheating the Pan using a medium setting, then the oil and foods this will help with the temperature fluctuation. Hope you don't have to use the warranty.
I really like the pan, but it has a blemish and will need to be replaced via warranty. Demeyere warranty process is really terrible. Totally unacceptable for a luxury brand premium priced product.
