Laughing at another review
I just had to write a review ON A REVIEW of the person saying it’s too small, it runs small, it doesn’t fit & how he/she plans on rotating it to see if it’ll fit then WHILE posting a photo of it with the lines going horizontally… in the product photos the lines are vertical. God bless your heart.

Very pleased with this quilt. Looks upscale but at a decent price. Washed up well and no shedding unlike some other reviewers. Not overly heavy so may need a blanket underneath if you are in a cool climate. Would recommend and buy again.

This comforter is beautiful and very soft and cozy. It didn’t smell bad coming out of the package and is oleo tex certified. I love it.

Very lightweight/very heavy
Disappointment about the return or exchange
Hi there, the fabric and materials are great but the size King Cal did not fit to my size King bed. I went to Sunvalley Mall but the staff did not accept my return or exchange because I cannot put the entire comforter on the same original small vacuum bag. The case/bag is very small to fit the said item and I do not have a tool to fit in the entire comforter set back to the original vacuum sealed bag. The comforter set was too heavy for me to carry back to my car especially the parking spot I found was in the few blocks from the customer service located in the first floor by the perfume section at Sunvalley Mall Concord. That's why I left the item on their possession. I get no receipt as proof I drop it off and leave the item because they deny my return because of the above reason. I called the customer service the next day asking about the return policy. The online approved my return but the Macys store male staff did not. Anyway I was able to talked to the phone customer service but until now I never heared from anyone of them. I've been a regular Macys customer for 13 yrs now thats why I am very much disappointed with this return. This is not about money this about the customer service. I wish they could of done better. I will no longer order anything from Macys after this experience. That's all. Thank you.
