Other occasion to buy:Bought/Ordered to use as Christmas gifts, but they expire on Christmas so I can’t use them. Crabby thing to do Macy’s.

Unhappy customer!

Bought for holiday gifts but they expire on the holiday. Bad way to do business.

Other occasion to buy:Macy’s sent out old stock thru a shipment order so I had no idea what I was getting. I ordered 4 “-1 pound boxes of Frango mints that I can no longer use as holiday gifts. That’s an expensive waste of money and unfair to the consumer.

Late Expiration Date

Bought for holiday gifts. Can’t use them because they expire on Christmas Day. Lousy way to do business. Shame on you Macy’s!

Lousy shipping

I recently bought 6 - 2 packs of Frangos. 2 full boxes of Frangos were melted beyond use and the other 10 boxes are damaged to the point where I have thrown away about half of each box for the same reason. When I received the Frangos, the first box I opened was melted, so I put the rest of them in the refrigerator to try to save them. The day after receiving the Frangos I left town, hoping when I returned, that the rest would be OK. As I opened each box, I found them mostly melted and those that had not melted had lost their temper. I finally decided to open the rest of the boxes to check them and found what I described above. This is the second time this has happened. The first time it happened I contacted Macys and they made it right. This time I was not available to contact Macys and sort the problem out. Bottom line - Macys needs to insulate their shipping boxes to prevent this from happening. Both times this occurred during the summer.

Melted chocolates

I received a late delivery and melted Frango chocolates. I received an email warning of late delivery from Macy's and could return as "arrived late". Customer service is a bot and could not resolve.

Frango chocolate late delivery

I ordered 4 boxes of delicious Frango chocolates. I received an email on 9/19 from Macy saying the delivery was late and I could return them The 2 Raspberry chocolate boxes arrived melted. I was at the door to receive them from the letter carrier, but they had been in transit to long. The dark chocolate boxes seems fine. I have tried online return and refused and cannot find any customer service link.
