Difficult to cancel order

You make it so hard to change your mind by the time I had called and canceled my order. They told me it was too late. I am a shutting and cannot return it to you so I guess I’m stuck with something I don’t need now you should really make it easier to find where you could cancel the order that would be a better Customer Service.
