The shirt is a perfect fit, sizing is accurate. (Just make sure you measure your neck and sleeve length) You can order your normal size. However, this shirt is not soft per se, it's much better than most, it doesn't have that super crisp feel but it is on the stiff side, even after washing. If that doesn't bother you, it's the perfect dress shirt.
