You sent the wrong ones, people need to take their time when fulfilling orders and actual read the orders - I wanted relaxed fit , they sent standard - yeah easy to miss but still

Ralf Lauren lost its way in quality comfort

At 65 I have been buying Ralph Lauren since 25 years old. Around my 40s the quality dropped, the material, fit, attention to detail and now it’s just gone down. This particular Jean my go to felt so cheap, it wasn’t that soft material, the legs were a skinny fit not straight fit. These were cotton but notice how RL does stretch shirts, it’s to save cost yet the weave does not breath like the older Oxfords and Poplin shirts with 100% cotton weave. I have been moving onto other brands such as in England or Proper Cloth, you pay more but its quality and lasts.

Weak thin material, ripe very easily.

This was a first, Could be the stitching or fabric but ripped from the that center fabric within 4th wear. But there were very comfortable to ware.

Ralph Lauren Hampton Relaxed Straight Jeans

Order was for Hampton "Relaxed Straight" Jeans by Polo. What was received was Hampton Straight Jeans, not the same, not what was ordered. Order pickers need to pay closer attention. Macy's return policy is excellent, but it was time wasted for me. Now I have lost some faith in the online shopping experience with Macy's if I can't rely on the accuracy of the order fulfillment process.
