Doesn’t require as much product for desired outcome. The end result is not greasy and feels more natural than other products I’ve tried. Shipping did take a bit longer than expected, and bottles seem less generous than similar products, but I’m hoping that less required product lengthens the lifespan of each bottle.

Quality Hold with Style

I like this product very much it's is excellent quality and provides great hold to my hair with a subtle fragrance. I usually apply it and style then in an hour or two later style it again for a more polished look if I choose.

Dirty bottle, missing cap, horrible service

Dirty and missing cap. Pickup customer service barely said words, were unhelpful in the very short time I needed assistance picking up order, and the final order was a dirty bottle with a missing cap, possibly used. No wonder Macy’s is a struggling business.
