Macy's shipped the wrong item

We ordered this china and received notification that it was ready for pickup at the Macy's store. When we picked it up, it was not this china, it was not even Lenox china. The people at the store said the Lenox china is no longer available. Why on earth they sent us something else instead of just telling us up front that it wasn't available is beyond me.

Lenox holiday place setting

Just wanted to build up my holiday place setting. This is such a lovely place setting for the holidays. I enjoy using them. And I know my family enjoys feeling special using them.

Absolutely beautiful

Absolutely beautiful I bought the holiday table cloth and love it years ago. For many years I have been wanting the dinner plates. My husband bought me a early Christmas gift and bought it for me. I look at the table now and smile.
