Great product but!!!

I've been watching this carry on luggage, I finally made my choice to purchased. I love the luggage, great price. However, I am not happy at all when the luggage arrived. The shipping department should've done better with wrapped up the bag. I hate to paid for damage/starch bag. I worked for every dollars that I spend. I hate to spend money on damaged product. This company does not care about their customers. I've purchased many luggage from other brands from Macy's, I never had any problems, but this InUSA first and last time.
