Bad Presentation

VERY BAD PRESENTATION, this expensive pitcher is coming in a cardbox carton, too bad for a gift, it didnt say if it is glass or crystal. we dont know where is made neither.

Broken after few used, event with just haft filled bottle, Weak handle connection.
