Acknowledging customers

When I arrived both sales ladies were helping other customers. I stood there about 7 minutes before one finally said she would be with me when she could. Another lady from another make up area came and helped me because I knew what I wanted. I understand when people are busy but it's important to acknowledge other customers when they come in. The other lady looked at me but never said a word. If no one had said anythibg to me agter a few more minutes i would have left.
