I received Youth Dew Oil when I specifically ordered the Youth Dew perfume. This is not the first issue I’ve had with Macy’s online orders, and it’s becoming very frustrating. Previously, I purchased a coat that appeared new, but after wearing it and examining it more closely, I discovered it had been hand-stitched and repaired. One side began falling apart quickly, and unfortunately, I realized this after the return window had passed. Now, I’ve received the wrong item again. I ordered the perfume, not the oil, yet the order was switched. These repeated issues raise serious concerns about quality control and order accuracy. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with Macy’s online service. If possible, I would rate this experience 0 stars.
