Disappointed in Macy’s!

When I opened the shipping box, powder had leaked all over in transit. And It was obvious I had received an order that was already returned by someone else. The paper seal that keeps the powder contained was already removed, therefore the leak. It was a mess. I bought this powder to give as a gift and I was very disappointed and surprised that Macy’s would ship out an item in this condition. I’m afraid to re-order to think I might get the next order in the same condition!

Used Powder Sent to Me

I am writing to express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the condition of my recent order. Upon opening the package I received today, I discovered that both powders I ordered were clearly used prior to arriving. One of the containers was already opened, with powder spilled everywhere — on the puff, inside the packaging, and all over the container itself. The second Estée Lauder powder arrived in a similarly unacceptable state. There is no question that these items were previously used or returned, then repackaged and sent out again. This is completely unacceptable. I expect brand-new, sealed products when placing an order, especially from a premium brand like Estée Lauder. This experience not only reflects a major lapse in quality control but also raises serious hygiene and safety concerns.
