I just picked it up today, and when I wanted to check out the shades tonight, I found that everything inside was loose powder - even the box. Even if it's being resold, they could at least clean it up first

Wonderful service.

I can not say enough about the service I received. I am a clinique lover. I have been using it since I was 17 im 54 now. I was leaving for a trip and I needed the loose powder 10. Unfortunately there were none at all. The wonderful ladies sent me off with 2 little jars of it and I was the happiest, most grateful customer, lol! Thank you for helping me out! Both of my daughters have been using the face products forever as well. We are grateful for your products.

Clinique cheats the consumer!!!

I opened a new container of powder yesterday. It contained no brush, and Clinique had cut the amount from 1.2 ounces to .88 ounces. How nice. I notice you didn't cut the price but still took advantage of the consumer. Shame on you, Clinique. I am very disappointed.

Top of the case breaks easily.

The cosmetics are good, but it’s a shame that the top of the case breaks when I open the lid.

Staple in my make up routine routine
