Heads up for younger buyers!

As a younger person being constantly surrounded by very sweet and overwhelming scents at school caliber really sticks out and is a personal favorite! But please don’t buy this if you’re not a fan of those strong “granny” perfumes. What I mean is shalimar starts off VERY strong. Like when you go to the thrift and find an old but full Avon perfume and crack it open and suddenly the whole isle can smell it. But with that being said that swift kick of alcohol is short lived. After less than 5 minutes it settles and it’s amazing. Powdery yes, but the sent reminds me of when you drink tea with fresh farm honey. The longer it sits the sweeter it gets. If you don’t have any places where you can go in a test it here are some perfumes that behave similarly to shalimar: Oscar by Oscar de la renta, Avon (like thrift store Avon) and tabu by Dana. These scents essentially kick ya square in the jaw with a harsh alcohol scent and then proceed to “make love to ya” as my mom says. Overall amazing!

I put poor because I haven't gotten it yet as the shipment carrier is seriously lacking good customer service unless of course it's coming from France which I suppose could be possible because your store(s) didn't have it!!

My favorite perfume for over half a century!

I consider this a standard when it comes to perfumes. Everyone should have it in their perfume collection. It's getting harder to find but is still one of the best out there. I always get compliments on it and love the way the aroma makes me feel 😍.

My go to cologne

I have been using this product for 50 years. It has a very pleasant scent and I still get compliments from others when I use it. I am glad the 3 ounce refill bottle is still available.
