Excellent Towels And Bath Mats

I started buying the Hotel Collection towels and bathroom mats a few years ago. Excellent product. They are soft, thick and absorbent. Unfortunately; Macy’s has decided to discontinue the product in Midnight blue. Very disappointing.

Poor Quality

I have been purchasing these same rugs for about 20 years for my bathrooms. I loved the quality and while expensive, I thought they were worth the price. I purchased recently, and these rugs are NOT the same. They are not heavy like the past rugs, and do not stay in place. These rugs are flimsy in comparison and absolutely not worth the price. I am very disappointed with this order, as I mentioned, these were very nice rugs in the past.

Nothing like a hotel rug

I have been buying hotel cotton rugs for many years. One of the things I like best about them is their durability and their ability to absorb moisture. I still have rugs that I’ve had for over 10 years and they look great.

Wrong colors

21x33 was the wrong color however we like the green that was sent but we ordered cloud. The 27x48 the color of cloud does not work on our floor as a result we will be returning both rugs. If I had a phone number I would call to get this order corrected.

Great bath mats

I’m very pleased with these bath mats. They look nice and are easy to launder. I particularly love that they are double sided and don’t have that awful rubber backing .
