Unpacked properly & broken

I purchased this item and I was super excited. I had to go out of town and when I came back and opened the box, a cup was broken. I further examined the entire package and the dishes were not properly wrapped. Every item inside the box was loosely placed which resulted in broken items. I also have photos. I would like this item to be replaced.

Items Never Delivered

Macy's didn’t update their website and my items never delivered despite being charged for 3 dinnerware sets. Now it’s out of stock.

Disappointed

The handle of the teapot was broken. No option to exchange due to damage and Macy's is charging me to return the set even though teapot was broken.
