Lennox silver frame

Heirloom Gift

My mom purchased this frame as a wedding gift for her three grandchildren. Since she has passed, I am giving the frame to her youngest grandchild. A gift of love from afar.

Disappointed in delivery

This is the third time I have bought a gift for a bride and the gift note was not added. I have purchased 3 different picture frames for three different people in the past year and a half. All three times the person did not get a note saying who it was from. It is embarrassing to have to ask if they received my gift. Please advise what I am doing wrong or where the problem is.

Bigger than expected

Frame is pretty but the edging adds 3-4” to overall size. Returned it.
