Macy’s Unreliable and careless.

They sent me the wrong item and I’m still waiting for my refund long after I sent it back. Customer service has been of little help. They also are NOT refunding me the extra money I paid for quicker shipping. So I paid to get the wrong item sent to me faster and only get a refund for the product not the shipping. Macy’s doesn’t care about their customers, just another retail giant desperate for money before they close other location.

A fantastic gift for an aspiring writer

It made a wonderful Xmas gift. My son absolutely loved this. the fact that the sheets come with various layouts really excited him. He’s already half way through his comic book. We can’t wait to see the finished product once we send it off.
