Defective
I purchased these blinds from Macy's because the quality regarding their products has always been great. I couldn't find a particular size, but I did find it on the Macy's website. I had my handman install 7 blinds throughout my house yesterday, After paying my handyman, discarding the previous blind, I noticed that every panel on the left side of the blind was cracked, the right side was find. I am so disappointed as this is the only blind that I bought from different companies was defective. Where is the quality control? Does Macy's not care anymore?
