Replacement for old boning knife

I bought this a a replacement for my old boning knife because the handle broke. The blade on this knife is not as sturdy as the old one. Seems a little flimsy. Will get the job done but have to be more careful with it

Good knife but not my preference

Knife seemed to be of good quality, but I returned it. The handle just did not have enough heft for my preference. For what I paid, I wanted something heavier.

I bought a boning knife and another chef's knife to add to our original Henckels collection which we purchased over 21 years ago. The new knives were so sharp, I took our other knives to be professionally sharpened and it's like all of our knives are new again. It's amazing to have sharp knives!
