While the items are beautiful, they have many scratches and scuffs caused by zip ties. Try different ways of packing them to prevent damage. If you change the packaging method, buyers are more likely to purchase more.

I really wanted to like these but I found them to be light weight and thinner than expected for stainless steel 18/10. I felt like if I used them to scoop ice cream (my personal test), they would definitely bend. Not a fan at all!!

Macy's ordering system

Silverware, still not received. Macy's hires terrible transport services. Macy's is closing stores and cannot figure out how to do mail service!!!
