Beware Care Instructions
Having read some buyers’ experience of this mattress topper melting, I specifically washed it in cold water and tumble dried on the lowest setting, as is outlined on the care instructions tag, and in replies to other reviews. It still melted and is now completely useless. Extremely disappointed by this purchase as it wasn’t used even once, given that I thought it pertinent to wash before first use, as I do with all bedding essentials.

Not as described
This “topper” arrived and I wondered if I had been sent the wrong item. This topper is definitely not as thick as it is described. It is more like a mattress cover. I’m surprised that more reviewers had not mentioned this issue.

Awful, doesn’t fit my queen bed very well. Did not wash well. Melted in dryer. Do not recommend!

This topper should be washed in cold water on a gentle cycle and either air dried or tumble dried on low. Using higher heat settings in the dryer can damage the cooling fibers and cause the type of melting you described.

I used to toss and turn a lot in bed, and I would always wake up with arm pain. But this went far beyond my expectations, it’s so comfortable that I honestly feel like I’m sleeping on clouds

This cooling mattress topper has improved my sleep quality. I do not wake up sweating in the middle of the night. And true story- our AC broke in the middle of this hot summer and even with the temperature so hot in the house, my husband pulled a blanket over himself. I attribute that to this cooling mattress pad.
