Quality & Delivery concern
Item came broken, I would suggest seller to add extra layers of protection and label that item is fragile. Jars are pretty, well made - simple and without defects, while lids are cheap and plastic.
Poor packaging and flimsy
One jar arrived shattered and I have not heard back from the customer service at all:(
Customer service is atrocious
Glass jars slipped off of of top rack I have spent literaaly hoursbetween phone calls and online chats trying to get this resolved. Unbelievable I just can’t believe this. My husband and I recycle the boxes the mailing box as well as the box the product came in because we had no idea that it was defective. It looked fine. It wasn’t until I started trying to stack them and everything started falling off the racks they didn’t realize that was a definite problem, so I online chat it as well as film called when I was not satisfied they don’t understand that I don’t have the box anymore so I can’t mail it back. Finally somebody said oh OK will just send you a new one. I said great thank you but what I got was a Macy’s card for the amount of the item , and no notice that of anything except this is for your return which we have received I thought OK well this is not what I wanted but oh well not today I get an email threatening me that if I don’t return the item that they’re going to recharge me. Are you kidding me ?
Nice product
Exactly what I was looking for.
This set makes a great gift
I bought this set for my brother, who put a new kitchen in his home. He had very limited space for spices, but this rack and jars were a perfect fit in a pull out slim pantry cupboard. I bought and fill the jars, he made cute labels for them and they're now living in Florida, getting some use, I hope. This spice jar set would make a great bridal shower gift, especially if you did like I did, and filled the jars with commonly used spices.

Watch out!!
Worse purchase ever from Macy's. I would expect the engineers who dreamed this up actually made a prototype to test it before it was put on the market. But no! They couldn't have. The jars continually fall off if they are bumped. There's nothing on the top sides to hold them so they fall off too. I put 2 paint sticks under the frame to tilt it back and wire on the sides so hopefully, nothing will fall off. I should return it but it's FULL OF SPICES!! Where am I going to put them if I return it now?
