Don't buy - toaster doesn't work.

The coils started smoking on the second use. The inside coils didn't work so barely toasted. A higher setting would have resulted in burnt bread. Returned immediately.

Culinary Edge Toaster

This is the cheapest made product….just received it & the crumb door will not stay latched…..definitely a rip off!! Called 1-866-244-6723 service & found it disconnected….that tells a story doesn’t it!! Shame on Macy’s for selling this product!! Beware anyone shopping at Macys do not purchase this product!! So dissatisfied & upset for this piece of trash!!

Poor quality

One side of the toast is always darker, toast pops up too high and lands on the floor, lever to push down toast sometimes gets stuck. not very good quality

Really poor quality

As a person on limited income this is the worse quality. Received today, the bottom where crumbs goes opens then will not shut tight. Pretty upset as I now have to return hope macys. Accepts return I guess quality has changed

Don’t Buy

I bought this toaster because it was on sale. Unfortunately it lasted less than a year. Randomly it started toasting for a minute regardless of the setting. The toaster is very lightweight plastic and not worth the money spent.
