Don’t buy it after three months it stopped working, now I have to go through all this trouble so that the manufacturer returns it.

Horrible coffee pot. Top does not close. Never hot coffee. Bought for my daughter for Christmas. Unfortunately, it was too late to return it because of their return policy. Well, no longer purchase online due to their return policy.

Unreliable and faulty design

This completely broke after 6 weeks of use. It's not a matter of power delivery, rather the internal gauge does not properly function after minimal use. It kicked out after 25 or so individual uses over 6 weeks.

This is a small, hotel sized coffee maker

Coffee maker does not shut off by itself and almost caused a fire. Only makes 2 cups of coffee.

Nothing Special

I had hoped this would replace another coffee pot I had that stopped heating but it isn’t any better new than the pot I used for a couple years. It is also very unsturdy. Not happy with the purchase but too much trouble to return.

Piece of leaky junk

This worked in Jan. 2021 when I bought it but over weeks it began to leak onto the counter and brewed coffee will not fall into the carafe . Better making lemonade. It's a lemon
