Great Pie Dish

Great pie dish, it can also hold a round cake easily. It has vent on the lid to let pie cool without steaming and sweating. Good for carrying. overall very useful.

Flimsy lid beware

So excited to use this, and when I popped open the lid clasp to wash it - the thing cracked from the clasp, going towards the centre of the lid. Not the best quality, surprising for OXO.

Damaged pie cover

Delivery of this covered pie plate was delayed for about a month. The cover for this pie dish arrived torn. Since this delivery was so slow, returning for undamaged merchandise seems too tedious to bother for a small purchase. I can fix the tear with a glue gun, which seems better than continuing this disappointing interaction with this merchant.

Love the cover

Not many pie plates come with a lid. Love the lid as much as the pie plate itself. Nice size and just the right amount of depth. Did I mention I love the lid? That makes this combo so much more useful and versatile.
