I am on my second 622c-24 pan. In using these pans, food was sticking to the cooking surface. I have to use vegetable spray at med heat and food still sticks to the surface. The web site statements say the pan surface is non-stick. No mentioin of needing vegeable spray.

No eggs

This is definitely not good for eggs. They stick!!! Even with oil. It’s fine for other things. Would not buy again
