Nonstick Hard Anodized 12” Skillet

We like everything about the skillet except it can be difficult to empty the contents. It could use a handle grip similar to the one on the lid on the opposite of the handle to better balance the skillet. It cooks and cleans great and would have received 5 stars except for the balance of the unit.

Ceramic nonstick works out of the box

I'm very happy with this pan. Being able to see through the lid is a really nice feature. The Nonstick surface works well. The Achilles heel of all ceramic nonstick surfaces is how long the nonstick lasts. Only time will tell if this one should have been a 5 star review.

Center of pan is higher than sides

I bought this one year ago and noticed that the center of the pan was higher than the edges. I thought this was normal But it does make cooking some things difficult, I realize now after research, it is not normal.

Dreamy!

I am so happy I bought this pan! I've been using it for just over a month. It easily cooks at a lower temperature than I previously used, with less oil, and more quickly than my old pan, and it is a dream to clean up - almost effortless. Wish I'd bought this a long time ago!
