Good Size

I was looking for a deep, covered 12-inch frying pan with a nonstick finish. This pan has all the features that I wanted. Since it's not as thick as my old one, I was a little concerned that the bottom might warp. I've used it several times, and so far, this hasn't happened. The only real negative comment I would have is that the cover handle gets hot. Still worth five stars to me.

Great pan at an excellent price

I had to replace a sauce pan of the same size that had seen its last days. After scouring the web and reading countless reviews, I decided to go with Cuisinart, and I'm so glad that I did! The nonstick surface really doesn't need oil if you prefer not to use it (which is great when I'm cooking a cheap steak of chicken for my dog). The pan isn't too heavy the way Calphalon pans are, but it functions as well or better than a pan that is heavier weight-- the heat distribution is impeccable and the instructions are accurate that you don't need to go anywhere near the same level of heat that you do for other pans to cook with the same intensity. It's gorgeous and oven safe to over 400 degrees, and I love the extra hand-hold for when I'm cooking a sauce and the pan is really heavy. Even the lid is streamlined, nice to look at, and lovely to use. I was hesitant to go with a lower-cost option but the reviews were right and I'm so glad that I chose Cuisinart. Take THAT, Hexclad!

Fantastic product

This line fits our foodie lifestyle perfectly! We had this exact pan for years and once we wore it out, I was very excited to find we could replace it with the exact same one. It is the perfect height for making casseroles or sauteing seafood or chicken dishes. And we love being able to just pop it in the oven to finish off a recipe.

Cuisinart Art are our masterpiece

We simply love Cuisinart products. I'm in a wheelchair and it sure is less scrubbing when time to clean them due to the non stick coating.

Worth the Money

When my old set of anodized aluminum pans finally wore out, I thought I'd go with something cheaper. Although I use my big deep saute pan almost every day, I figured I could buy a cheaper one and save money. Boy was that a mistake. The pan never sat flat on my stovetop and the nonstick started to flake off almost immediately. I love the Cuisinart brand so I scrapped the cheap pan and bought this one: I love it.
