New pots and pans

I just received my Cuisinart Chef’s classic. I washed one pot and use it on my glass top electric stove and did have any problems! I will continue cleaning and will follow up in the future!

Great Set

I needed some cookware for our vacation home and didn't want to spend a great deal of money since we're not there full time. After doing some research, I decided on this cookware set. It has all the pots/pans necessary for the things I cook and the price was right!

Good basic set

This is a nice basic cookware set that contains the pans you’ll need for most cooking. You’re supposed to use medium, not high, heat when cooking. I’ve made a variety of dishes with no problems. A couple of things I don’t like as well: the handles on the pots could be thicker and more substantial. They aren’t the greatest support when you’re lifting a full pot. And the handles on the glass lids will get hot, so I use a towel or potholder to lift them. Still, for the price this is a good set.

Great cookware.

Have been a professional chef, and these pans are great. Even heat, easy to clean, and so far have not peeled, scratched, or shown signs of irreparable damage.

So far so good

This is my first set of matching cookware so I was really excited to get it and love the styling. I did a lot of hunting to find a set that had the capacities I wanted. I was concerned I was going to need to buy everything individually which meant I'd be spending significantly more money. This set and one other by a competitor were the only ones that met my needs; the great reviews on this set made my decision easy. I've only been using it for a few weeks so time will tell how well it holds up. This morning I cooked two fried eggs with no oil or grease and they slid out of the skillet without the aid of a spatula. You can't ask a nonstick surface to do any better than that. I appreciate that the glass covers fit more than one pan so I don't have to find a place to store a bunch of lids in my small kitchen. I hope to get many years of use from this cookware.
