Unhappy about late delivery, item has not arrived

I have not received the package yet. Yesterday I received a message that it will be 3 more days before arrival. This is a gift that I need to send out, as it stands now, my gift will arrive after the celebration date. I’m confident the lotion will be fine but the extended date for delivery is disappointing.
