Good product, great service

I've worn Jockey for years, always purchased at Macy's. Great product. This time around I purchased multiple packages of underwear and t-shirts, and by accident picked up a couple of packages that were the wrong size. I took them back to Macy's to exchange and was super impressed by the service. The young lady took me directly to the underwear display and discovered that the size I needed was not stocked. She then took me to the service desk and ordered the correct size and had them shipped to my house, free shipping, in two days. Great service! A good product is one thing, but good service is everything!
