Made with excellence

Made very well, but I was looking for a paring knife that I could peel an apple with. It is a bit big and sharp for that, I tried chopping veg. and it did an excellent job. I still need to buy a knife that I have confidence in peeling an apple.

These are incredibly sharp knives, so be prepared to change your ‘knife work’ if you’ve been using dull knives! Wasn’t sure I’d like the self-sharpening knife block, but we’re very happy with this purchase
