Thin blades / Instructions state avoid use dishwasher ever though they are advised as dishwasher saf

Received these as a gift. So far so good, but I was a bit disappointed that blades were so thin, and that dispite them being advertised as dishwasher safe the cleaning instructions suggest avoiding the dishwasher as it can lead to damage to the blades☹️

Slippery Slicers

Ok so we’ve owned Henckels knives for many years. When I saw the sale I decided to purchase this set since we always enjoyed our knives. The knives are well balanced and perform as expected. But and I mean but, the handles with the least amount of wetness are dangerously slippery.
