2nd disappointment, will see it's durability

The handle is not ergonomic, the order of the different sharpen openings does no have logic, and since it is not explained why it is made the way it is, I can assume how I would think it must have been done.

Poor quality

After less than 6 months of use, the sharpening blades have worn down so that it will need to be replaced. I am a home cook that only cooks 2 or 3 times a week. So it was not overused.

Chipped the blades on the 2 knives i tested it on

Tried it on 2 of my Zwilling Knives and it wrecked both of them. I tried the Japanese side on my 5.5" Zwilling Santoku, and it chipped the edge really bad. I thought maybe it was a fluke or I did something wrong, or maybe the Japanese side was defective. So I tried the standard side on my 4" pairing knife... same problem, took a bunch of little chips out of the blade. I'm super disappointed with the product, and I'm really upset it damaged 2 of my knives instead of improving them. I'll add some images when I get home later.
