Poor quality

After less than 6 months of use, the sharpening blades have worn down so that it will need to be replaced. I am a home cook that only cooks 2 or 3 times a week. So it was not overused.

Chipped the blades on the 2 knives i tested it on

Tried it on 2 of my Zwilling Knives and it wrecked both of them. I tried the Japanese side on my 5.5" Zwilling Santoku, and it chipped the edge really bad. I thought maybe it was a fluke or I did something wrong, or maybe the Japanese side was defective. So I tried the standard side on my 4" pairing knife... same problem, took a bunch of little chips out of the blade. I'm super disappointed with the product, and I'm really upset it damaged 2 of my knives instead of improving them. I'll add some images when I get home later.

This 5” utility knife is great!

This serrated knife will be perfect for a variety of cutting needs like bread or tomatoes. I have another bread knife I use for large loaves but wanted a smaller one for baguettes, bagels & tomatoes. This knife cuts through breads like they were butter. Very impressed with the series

Easy to use

Does a great job sharpening my 35 yr old German-made knives, as well as recent knives. Easy to use left handed. Would make a great gift.

Very happy!

Our knife block consists of a couple of Henckels knives-Chinese stamped and Forged from Spain. Also a couple of the stamped knives were Asian. Not terribly dull but none could easily cut a nice tomato slice. A couple of passes through the fine stage and they all slice paper and tomatoes with ease. Don’t push too hard.
