I like but,,,

I like the shape of the knife block, which is vertical so the counter space is minimu. Unfortunately, my block seems like "used" or "distressed". There are lots of scars and dents, also the silicon cushion of the bottom is dirty. I don't know what to do.

Good Product

I initially wasn't a fan of the more modern knife block since it was hard to imagine how the knives would fit. But once getting it home and placing my knives in it, I really like how the block looks. I've only had it a few days but the quality seems high. My biggest issue is that smaller knives don't fit straight up in the knife block. They technically fit, but they lean sideways and look strange in comparison to the other knives (photo attached). For that, I deducted a star but I mainly have tall knives so it wasn't a problem for me.

Knife Block - Walnut

This knife set empty or full is a great addition to the kitchen! It looks sleek and keeps everything organized. I only wish that it was more sturdy in regards to keeping it's walnut color with the constant movement of taking out the knives. Other than that, it's great!

Too Vertical

Love the look of this block, but it is too vertical to remove knives while under the overhead cabinets. Functionally, thats a big flaw unless your perfect placement is on the counter where there's no cabinets above it.

Designed for the handles

I like how this knife block is designed to hold the knives straight up by matching the angle on the handles. I only wish the block leaned over a little because I can't push it back on my counter and get the knives out due to the cupboards overhead.
