Zwilling Gourmet Utility Knife
I received this knife as a gift from my daughter. She has a set and this is her favorite. I certainly can see why! It has a good solid feel, is very sharp and slices through both soft veggies like tomatoes and hard veggies like carrots effortlessly. My old favorite knife has been put aside as this has become my new favorite. Such great quality. I love it!

Intended for use on a boat
Knife was the perfect anniversary gift from our children. Purchased from an independent kitchen store, the Happy Cook. We plan to use this knife on our boat where it will get shaken in the drawer while the boat is underway. Therefore, we needed a knife that was sturdy and would remain sharp in the marine environment.
