Quality from a Reputable Line!

I had purchased a pair of shears that was cheaper and decided I would try Zwilling. Wow these are my new workhorses in the kitchen. These breakdown poultry with ease. The quality is obvious and well worth the purchase. Very easy to handle and not tiring even after multiple spatchcocks

Disappointed

Disappointed with these - constantly have to tighten the screw to get the blades close enough to cut anything. Recently the spring broke, so I’m hoping I can find a replacement spring. We’ve had the shears less than five years and just had higher expectations based on the brand/price.
