Beautiful coat, good value!

I love this coat. I ordered a size up since they did not have my size in stock but I am happy I did. The waist is tailored and gives you a nice silhouette. I ordered the camel color and love it.

Okay Coat with issues

Great design! Looks classic, hangs nicely on the body, as expected 😊 Purchased the camel version, color and fit are good. 👍🏻 The fabric is okay ish, not a plush weave as was last year’s CK midi length version (I love that one🥰) lining is a decent satin that matches the outer fabric. Keeping it, as the sale price was good and the coat is be used for daytime errands, etc. Nothing special. The label disaster on the sleeve! Yikes 🫣🫣🫣 Talk about a deal-killer! Sewn in with very strong white thread, very numerous, tiny stitches, a nightmare and literally hours to tediously and safely remove 😵‍💫 Sewn in as if to insure its permanence! Someone needs to school the mfr about loosely affixing exterior labels to be removed by the consumer of the garment? 🤔 If I had realized the difficulty of removing that label, I would have never purchased this coat. Delivery took forever, over 1 month after purchasing online 😔 Overall, frustrating and disappointing experience.

Disappointed

Item received was either used or had been on display for sometime. It wasn't clean. Plenty of hairs and unhygienic. It's clear that no quality control was done before shipping. For the price/brand i expected a new, sealed and clean item. Not something that looked like a return/used product. Don't think i will try out this brand again anytime soon!!

Beautiful, ill-fitting coat

This coat is beautifully crafted with excellent quality wool and a lovely lining. It fits perfectly except for the shoulders. Likely it's an armhole size issue. You can't raise your arms or put them forward comfortably. Too bad - it could have been the perfect walker coat. I would have bought one in every color.
