Frango Mints Melted in Tin

I recently purchased a tin of Frango Mints for my daughter‘s birthday, and they arrived completely melted in the tin. I would like a refund.

melted and a mess

Of course this is a no return item. These chololates were delivered in 105 degree weather. Im not sure how long across america they have been in melted condition but they are not eatible. I just threw my money down the drain and I now I don't even have a birthday gift.

Melted

Do not buy in summer. I got this immediately from shipper so it did not sit in the heat on my porch but they had all melted in truck. Sadlly I gave as a gift and it's not refundable!

Its fine I guess

The chocolate came melted so it was very difficult to get the wrapping off them. Once you unwrap them the chocolate is not over the moon good. Very disappointed I wasted so much money on this.

Frango lovers beware

I love Frango Mints. I buy them all the time. I purchased the Marshall Fields Tin and was so excited to eat the chocolate until I opened it up and discovered them individually wrapped which was unusual. But I opened the wrapper and tasted it, and it was NOT a Frango mint that I know and love, but instead it was so awful tasting that I tossed all of the chocolates but kept the tin. So disappointed in the yucky texture and stale taste. Like it was on the shelf too long. But all is not lost, because at least the Tin was useable and cute! Sticking to the original boxed Frangos!
