Shoddy packaging, cracked cheap frame

The packaging wasn't impressive. Only two pieces of one-ply cardboard for front and back. And though the corners of the frame were covered with the same type of cardboard, one of the corners of the cheap frame was badly bent and cracked. I'll have to either replace the frame with something much better or I'll have to return this entire wall hanging altogether. For the money spent, I expected much better.
