Jury's out

I gave this item an 'average' rating as I purchased it for a Christmas gift, and cannot give you the recipient's thoughts on the item. The women's purple one of similar design was greatly appreciated by the recipient. These people live three blocks from the beach and I chose them thinking of morning walks on the beach. I have purchased Columbia products for myself in the past and I know their quality. That reason is why I chose these items for my friends.

"Ultimate Jacket"

I like this jacket so much,I keep it in my car, when we are not traveling. My husband needed a jacket when we were out, and loved it so much, I bought him one too. We love the zipper AND Velcro-super lightweight and waterproof.

Columbia jacket saves the fay

There was this huge tropical storm barreling over Texas. I was stuck, hopeless under a roof. However it wasn’t safe for me to stay there. I had to make some serious moves. As I was brainstorming what my next move would be, I was limited in options. Then I remembered I had my wonderful grey Columbia rain jacket in my backpack. I was able to put it on and make the dangerous trek to safety. The whole upper half of my body, dry as could be. This jacket saved the day. Highly recommend.
